Supplements to the Licensing Terms:

Supplement 1): Multiple Use of the Software

The Software must not be used in a data processing or network system, if such use allows for the simultaneous multiple use of the Software. Appropriate mechanisms or procedures must be provided to ensure that the Software can be used only by those persons having personal licenses. This shall also apply, if the Software is installed on a network server for the sole purpose of distribution or provision to other computers, such as in the case of “Shared Installations” or “Terminal Services”, unless a Company License permitting multiple use has been acquired.

Supplement 2): Company License

A Company license permits the unrestricted use of the Software in 3 establishments of the Licensee’s company.

Supplement 3): Access to the Software

The Software may be used by all employees of the Licensee’s company within the company. The Licensee shall take appropriate measure to prevent non-authorized external users from accessing the Software via networks or other accesses. Use of the Software Product by other individuals outside of your company is permitted only if said other individual has been licensed to use the Software Product.
